PURPOSE: A data transmission method of an aircraft communication device and an aircraft communication device are provided to transmit sensing data of a aircraft sensor to a ground control center maximally continuously even if a data link between the ground control center and an aircraft is isolated. CONSTITUTION: An aircraft circular flight sensing unit(110) senses rotation aviation of an aircraft through an aircraft flight information. A communication state monitoring unit(120) senses a data link disconnection with a ground control center. A memory control unit(130) stores a sensing data of an aircraft during the rotation aviation of the aircraft in a memory(140). If the aircraft cruises, a data link control unit(150) configures a data link with the ground control center only by a real time data channel.
