THIXO EXTRUDING DEVICE, CAPABLE OF MAINTAINING THE BILLET OF A THIXO STATE AT THE SAME TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE: A thixo extruding device is provided to prevent temperature difference from occurring and to enable extrusion molding to be performed even at low extrusion pressure since a temperature maintaining unit is formed on a container, a stem and a die.;CONSTITUTION: A thixo extruding device consists of a container(10), a stem(30), a die(20) and a cooling unit(40). The container comprises a temperature measuring unit(11) and a first temperature maintaining unit(12). The temperature measuring unit measures the temperature of each part of billet, which is an extrusion material. The stem pressurizes the billet in the container in an extruding direction. The stem comprises a second temperature maintaining unit(31). The die comprises a third temperature maintaining unit(21). The third temperature maintaining unit heats so that the extruded part of the billet is maintained at the same temperature.
