PURPOSE: A Massilia sp. DH-1 microorganism with high decomposition ability of organic nitrogen and organic phosphorous from pollutant is provided to remove organic nitrogen and organic phosphorous and to improve underwater ecosystem in swale, seawall, and liver. CONSTITUTION: A Massilia sp. DH-1 microorganism(KACC91486P) has an ability of decomposing organic nitrogen or organic phosphorous from pollutant. The microorganism is cultured by separating from aquatic plants. The water quality is purified by planting Massilia sp. DH-1-adsorbed aquatic plant to the pollutant. The plantation is performed by placing a rock in a pollutant, placing sand or gravel between rocks; and planting the aquatic plants on the upper layer.
