PLASMA SPRAY GUN WITH AUXILIARY CAP AND PLASMA SPRAY SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A plasma spray gun having an auxiliary cap is provided to spray a new material which is difficult to spray with existing method, and improve the amorphous property by preventing oxidation. CONSTITUTION: A plasma spraying gun supplies plasma gas, power source, coating material, and cooling water. A feeder(200) supplies auxiliary gas by independently controlling the speed and pressure. The plasma spray gun changes plasma gas into plasma flame using power, coating material, and cooling water, and sprays the plasma flame with the coating material. A gas collection part(60) receives the auxiliary gas, and accelerate the gas to supersonic speed. An auxiliary cap has a gas injection nozzle(80) which controls the pressure of the plasma flame, and inflow of the outer air.
