PURPOSE: A functional waterproof coating material with high elongation and high elastic properties, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method using the same are provided to remarkably reduce construction time by reducing curing time. CONSTITUTION: A functional waterproof coating material with high elongation and high elastic properties is formed by mixing an A-composition and a B-composition in a weight ratio of 1:1. The A-composition is formed by mixing mercapto-terminated polysulfide polymer, mercapto curatives, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, and polymeric processing acids. The B-composition is formed by mixing epoxy resin, polymeric processing acids, silicon dioxide, and pigment.
