PURPOSE: Sports wear and outdoor clothing are provided, which can protect face and cervical region from external environment including ultraviolet ray, snow and wind. CONSTITUTION: Sports wear and outdoor clothing comprise: a body portion(110) worn on wearer's upper body; a protection unit(120) which is expanded from the upper end of the body portion and protects the face and cervical region from the external environment; a string(130) which is connected to the upper ends of the protection unit and is composed in order to protect the head; and a holder(140) equipped in the string in order to control length of the string.
