Terahertz photomixer antenna and antenna device including thereof

PURPOSE: A terahertz photomixer antenna and an antenna device including the same are provided to improve the mismatch efficiency with the high input impedance. CONSTITUTION: A terahertz photomixer(120) generates the terahertz wave. One end of a first antenna line(140) is connected to the terahertz photomixer. The first antenna line is split horizontally in x-axis direction on a first position(P1). The second antenna line is symmetrical based on the antenna line and X-axis.
