PURPOSE: An odor cutoff device for a manhole is provided to smoothly discharge sewage flowing into a manhole and block odor caused by dirt in the manhole from spreading outside. CONSTITUTION: An odor cutoff device for a manhole comprises a sewage guide part(20), hooks(30), a cutoff housing(40), and a resin panel(50). The sewage guide part comprises a body(21) and a settling frame(22). The body comprises inclined sidewalls(211) formed opposite to each other and a drain in the center. The settling frame is formed along the upper perimeter of the body. The hooks allow the sewage guide part to be held and fixed on the drain hole of a manhole block. The cutoff housing is fixed to the sewage guide part to be arranged above the drain and has inlets(41) on both sides. The upper end of the resin panel is fixed to the interior of the cutoff housing so that the resin panel discharges sewage flowing in through the inlets and closes the inlets with its elasticity and weight after discharge.
