PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a building integrated photovoltaic system using the same are provided to improve the photovoltaic output efficiency by maintaining and improving photoelectric conversion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell module(100) comprises a solar cell(110) and an inorganic coating thin film. The inorganic coating thin film is deposited on the surface of the solar cell. The inorganic coating thin film is deposited using silica sol and inorganic coating agent. The silica sol includes tetraethoxysilane, acid catalyst, colloidal silica, distilled water and alcohol. The inorganic coating agent includes colloidal particles made by polymerizing antimony tin oxide sol in acid solutions.
