PURPOSE: A tablet coating apparatus is provided, which easily washes a perforated part of a coating drum and keeps the pressure of hot air constant. CONSTITUTION: A tablet coating apparatus comprises: a coating drum(10) which is filled with tablets; a spray(20) which is installed in front of the coating drum and coats tablets by spraying coating solution; a speed reduction motor(30) transferring power; an air inlet and exhaust unit(40) in which an air inlet duct and an air exhaust duct are fixed; a spray transport unit(50) which reciprocates the spray to the right and left and is equipped with a plurality of air jacket parts; and a duct transport unit which adheres/separates a rotational plate and the air inlet and exhaust unit to/from the rear side of the coating drum.
