摘要

PURPOSE: A piezoelectric film speaker using aqueous dispersible poly solutions is provided to prevent undoping by using anion surfactants as a dopant. CONSTITUTION: An insulation piezoelectric plastic film(10) generates sound pressure by vibrating the film forward and backward according to a piezoelectric effect. A conductive polymer film(20) is formed by using coating solutions containing a conductive poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) on both sides of the insulation piezoelectric plastic film. An electrode(30) is formed around both sides of the conductive polymer film. The insulation piezoelectric film is made of polyvinylidene fluoride.
