PURPOSE: A touch screen device for the blind and a method for realizing a user interface in the same are provided to recognize a location and a direction of an object displayed on a screen when the blind use an information processing device of a full touch type, thereby freely manipulating the object.;CONSTITUTION: A touch input unit(102) comprises a fixed number of lattices of the same size. The lattice comprises a touch position where an object is displayed. If a user contacts the touch position, a touch sensing unit(104) generates a touch sensing signal including location information of the contacted touch position. An output information determining unit(106) determines whether to perform continuous movement to another adjacent touch position or one touch execution and outputs or executes an object corresponding to the touch position by a voice based on the determination result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
