The present invention is enhanced by selectively applying the surface plasmon resonance of the metal nano- material according to the emission wavelength , the AC plasma display device having a light-emitting efficiency , and relates to its production method , a metal induced plasmon frequency of metal nanoparticles having a phosphor layer to reduce the duration of the phosphor that is excited as the configuration close to the emission wavelength of the fluorescent substance by increasing the light emission increases the emission intensity of the phosphor , and thus will have the effect of further increasing the luminous efficiency of the display device .
