PURPOSE: A triple coating composite steel pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the anti-corrosive property and abrasion resistance of a steel pipe by coating polyethylene resin liquid on the interior of the steel pipe.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a triple coating composite steel pipe comprises steps of: removing rust or foreign materials from a steel pipe(S1), heating the steel pipe so that a coating material is bonded by the latent heat of the steel pipe(S2), mounting protective caps on both ends of the steel pipe so as to prevent the scattering of the coating material into the steel pipe and to place and rotate the steel pipe(S3), coating triple layers on the exterior of the steel pipe(S4), removing the protective caps from the steel pipe(S5), cooling the coating layers on the exterior of the steel pipe(S6), removing the polyethylene coating from both ends of the steel pipe and coating anti-rust paint on the coating-removed portions(S7), mounting polyethylene sheets on both inner ends of the steel pipe in order to prevent coating being formed(S8), coating polyurethane on the interior of the steel pipe(S9), removing the polyethylene sheets(S10), and coating anti-rust paint on the uncoated portions of both inner ends of the steel pipe(S11).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
