PURPOSE: A system for producing self-extinguishing incombustible beads, and incombustible expanded Styrofoam by using the incombustible beads is provided to manufacture incombustible beads having high penetration and distribution properties. CONSTITUTION: A system for producing self-extinguishing incombustible beads, and incombustible expanded Styrofoam by using the incombustible beads comprises a mixer(100), a flame retardant discrete transfer device(110), a first stirring device(120), a bead transferring and feeding device(20), a liquid glass feeder(30), a lubricant material transferring and feeding device(40), a chemical separating and recovering device(50), a pre-expanding device(60), and a Styrofoam compressing and molding device(70). The mixer evenly mixes powder-type materials. The flame retardant discrete transfer device and the first stirring device evenly mix one or more flame retardants. The liquid glass feeder and the lubricant material transferring and feeding device are installed on one side of the mixer. The chemical separating and recovering device separates and recovers beads, agglomerated mass, and residual drug.
