PURPOSE: An interactive nuclear power or heat power operating procedure system based on web is provided to enable a user to possessively deal with many risk factors by enabling a user to experience operating condition and technique information in an environment which information is integrated in a virtual space. CONSTITUTION: A process unit(100) divides and arranges data based on power plant information. An interactive user information selecting unit(200) includes as follows. A diagram information module(220) provides facility abstract information to a user. A shape information module(230) provides virtual 3D shape of a power plate on a screen. An abstract information module(310) provides detailed information of a facility in real time.
