PURPOSE: An ion-selective capacitive deionization composite electrode and a module manufacturing method using the same are provided to improve the ion-adsorption efficiency as well as increasing the capacity of the electrode.;CONSTITUTION: A module manufacturing method using an ion-selective capacitive deionization composite electrode is as follows. Organic slurry including organic solvent, ionomer resin having cation exchanger, an electrode material is prepared, and the slurry is spread on a current collector so that an electrode(55) with an active layer is manufactured. Organic slurry including organic solvent, ionomer resin having anion exchanger, an electrode material is prepared, and the slurry is spread on the current collector so that an electrode(57) with an active layer is manufactured. An organic solution obtained by melting the ionomer resin having cation exchanger is coated on the electrode of the first step in order to form a top cationic coating layer. An organic solution obtained by melting the ionomer resin having anion exchanger is coated on the electrode of the second step in order to form a top anionic coating layer.
