A vessel or a floating marine structure equipped with plural storage tanks having different strength, and a manufacturing method of the vessel or the marine structure are provided to vary the strength of a storage tank contained in a vessel or a marine structure by installing different kinds of storage tanks according to the environmental condition of the sea and the location of a storage tank. A vessel(30) or a floating marine structure equipped with plural storage tanks having different strength includes plural storage tanks(31,32,33,34) for transporting or keeping liquid freight on the sea, wherein the plural storage tanks contained in the vessel or the marine structure have different strength, and at least one of the storage tanks where high sloshing pressure occurs is manufactured in the type of a separate tank having high strength and the remaining storage tanks are manufactured in the type of a membrane tank having price competitiveness.
