PURPOSE: An aerobic dentration method of sequencing batch type used in sewage, wastewater, livestock wastewater treatment plant and a device thereof are provided to maximize the nitrogen and phosphorus removal rates, and to reduce processing time of materials. CONSTITUTION: An aerobic dentration method of sequencing batch type using a micro-organism carrier and chemicals includes the following steps: removing adulterations and sand in effluent; transferring the effluents to an SBR reaction bath(30) after sorting the effluent in a flow adjusting bath(20); operating an anaerobic, an aerobic, a precipitation, and a residual sludge discharging processes successively; processing and floating the micro-organism carrier(100) in the SBR reaction bath; injecting an electron donor when the anaerobic process is finished; injecting a coagulant in the aerobic process when the phosphorus removal rate lows.
