PURPOSE: A processing method of wastewater containing distillate produced in a waste oil production process and a device thereof are provided to effectively purify the non-biodegradable wastewater containing distillate, and to recycle oil components remaining in the wastewater. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of wastewater containing distillate produced in a waste oil production process includes the following steps: separating low boiling point oil from the wastewater containing oil by a stripping process; separating high boiling point oil and moisture from the wastewater by a vacuum evaporation process and a concentration and drying process; processing the wastewater while removing a foul odor from the wastewater; and sintering the foul odor by a regenerative thermal oxidizer process.
