PCR primer pair detecting Pea enation mosaic virus and method for detecting Pea enation mosaic virus using the same

PURPOSE: A PCR primer pair for detecting Pea enation mosaic virus(PEMV) and a method for detecting PEMV using the same are provided to accurately and simply detect the presence of PEMV. CONSTITUTION: A primer pair for detecting Pea enation mosaic virus(PEMV) comprises: a primer pair of sequence numbers 2 and 5, sequence numbers 2 and 6, sequence numbers 3 and 5, or sequence numbers 3 and 6. A method for detecting PEMV from a sample comprises: a step of isolating RNA from the sample; a step of performing RT-PCR using PCR primer pair; a step of performing nested PCR; and a step of separating nested PCR product by size.
