PURPOSE: A histone acetyltransferase inhitor composition containing Rubus coreasnus fruits extract is provided to prevent or treat various diseases such as neural diseases, obesity, diabetes, and cancer. CONSTITUTION: A histone acetyltransferase inhibitor contains Rubus coreanus fruits extract as an active ingredient. The Rubus coreanus fruits extract is isolated using water, organic solvent, or mixture solvent thereof. The Rubus coreanus extract is methanol extract. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating neural diseases, obesity, or diabetes contains the histone acetyltransferase inhibitor.
