PURPOSE: A livestock excretions AOP system using a dissolved ozone micro bubbling and a processing method thereof are provided to efficiently purify livestock waste water using ozone and ultraviolet ray, and to reduce the content of nitrogen, phosphorus in drain water from a stockbreeding farmhouse. CONSTITUTION: A livestock excretions AOP system using a dissolved ozone micro bubbling comprises the following: a constant processing space; an ozone dissolution processing unit(510) performing a dissolution process of ozone by floating the ozone inserted from the exterior in livestock waste water by making it into a micro bubble; and a reaction treatment unit(520) purifying the livestock waste water by radiating ultraviolet ray through a cylindrical ultraviolet exposing unit. The ozone dissolution processing unit formed the ozone into the micro bubble with a size under 1 millimeter.
