摘要

PURPOSE: A reinforced pearlite composition for particle shaped construction materials and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reinforce the tensile strength and the tear strength of the composition by coating gypsum powder on expanded pearlite particles.;CONSTITUTION: Expanded pearlite particle, the diameter of which is between 0.5 and 5mm, is arranged in a vibration container. An adhesive solution is poured into the vibration container in order to coat the expanded pearlite particle. Gypsum powder is coated on the coated expanded pearlite particle using a revolving furnace. The adhesive solution and gypsum powder discharged through the mesh of the vibration container are reused.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
