CROSSING-TYPE DEBURRING APPARATUS CAPABLE OF COMPLETING DEBURRING ON TWO SIDES OF A MACHINED HOLE AT A TIME

PURPOSE: A crossing-type deburring apparatus is provided to prevent the deformation of a work piece by applying the equal force to the work piece because two sides of a machined hole of the work piece are simultaneously deburred by first and second upper machining members.;CONSTITUTION: A crossing-type deburring apparatus comprises first and second fixing units(22,32) and first and second upper machining members(24,34). The first and second fixing units are respectively inserted from one and the other side of a work piece(10) into a center hole(12) and hold the work piece. The first and second upper machining members are respectively inserted from one and the other side of the work piece into a machined hole(14). The first and the second upper machining members respectively move along one/the other side of the machined hole from/to one to/from the other side of the machined hole to remove burrs on one/the other side of the machined hole.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
