PURPOSE: A shoestring is provided, which is unnecessary to make a knot and tie the shoestring after connecting the shoestring. CONSTITUTION: A shoestring comprises: a string(21) having elastic restoring force; and a latching member(22) which is connected to both ends of string and rotates. The latching member passes through a shoestring insertion hole if it coincides with the direction of the string and is hung on the shoestring insertion hole if it is perpendicular to the direction of the string. The latching member includes: a case fixed to the end of the string; a first hanging piece inserted into a pivot hole; a first hinge projected from both sides of the pivot hole; and a long hole.
