Disclose the system and method for handling document. The document transcoding use received at data server is locally stored or is formed code book. For the code book of the document after code conversion, device received at mobile radio communication device or the retrieval request from memory or from data server. Response code book is requested, and data server generates from local storage retrieval request or requirement price reduction code book and returns to requested code book to requestor. The code book for the decoding XML document being locally stored also can be used in mobile radio communication device, and local code book or code book are requested in response to received code book.
