PURPOSE: A system which provides the resell money of FA(Financial Assets) early is provided to secure the resell money of FA in a desire point of time. CONSTITUTION: An FA resell request receiving module(105) accepts FA resell request data related to the FA reselling. Before the RFA(Resell request Financial Assets) indicated in the FA resell request data is completed through a domestic/foreign distribution market, or before the RFA resell load determination date promised with a client comes, all security basis loan module calculates the amount of loan based on the all RFA. The all RFA security basis loan module transfers the calculated loan to an account of the client.
