PURPOSE: A tree protection apparatus is provided to facilitate the assembly thereof and to make repetitive use thereof possible. CONSTITUTION: A tree protection apparatus(100) comprises: a first main body unit and a second body unit(120) which are formed in a half-cylinder shape, are made of synthetic resin material, and is formed of a connecting part; a heat insulator which adhere to the inner surface of the first main body unit and second body unit and is made of natural fiber or synthetic fiber; a harmful insects control agent which is placed between the heat insulator and a tree; a connecting member(150) which connects the first main body unit to the second body unit; and an extended body unit.
