PURPOSE: A coaxial shaft swivel joint for a drain line of an oil storage tank, and a drain line assembly of an oil storage tank floating roof using thereof are provided to remove the possibility for the coaxial shaft swivel joint being damaged after using for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A coaxial shaft swivel joint for a drain line of an oil storage tank includes the following: a first body unit(110) including a first connection end(112) with a first combining hole(112a) having a second central shaft(b), combined with a first flange connection end(111) including a first flange(111a) to be connected to a first drain line; a second body unit(120) including a second connection end(122) with a second combining hole(122a) having a third central shaft(c), combined with a second flange connection end(121) including a second flange to be connected to a second drain line; and a sleeve(130) rotatably connecting the first and second body units.
