摘要

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for sensing the change of capacitances, a computer readable record-medium recording a method implementing the same, touch sensing apparatus and method using the same, and a computer readable record-medium a method implementing the touch sensing method are provided to sense touches based on the discharge number of shared charge or the number of system clocks. CONSTITUTION: A charging and discharging controller(100) applies power to a reference capacitor(Cref) in order to charge a reference capacitor. If the voltage of the reference capacitor is more than an upper threshold voltage, the charging process of the reference capacitor is stopped and the charging discharging controller controls a measuring target capacitor(Cx) to share a part of the charge of the reference capacitor. If the voltage of the reference capacitor is less than the upper threshold voltage, the charging and discharging controller stops the sharing process. A capacitance change sensor(300) senses the change of capacitance in the measuring target capacitor using the number of system clocks in the sharing process.
