PURPOSE: A print circuit board separation and packing container receiving device is provided, which increases productivity and quality stability by performing simultaneously and consecutively the substrate separation process and substrate packing container receiving process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sucking substrate(100) adsorbs a plurality of substrates loaded in a carrier. The apparatus for sucking substrate is fixed to one end of the upper part of the apparatus. The carrier having substrates is settled in the lower part of the apparatus for sucking substrate. The device for detaching substrate(200) separates the substrates adhered on the carrier upward. The packing container carriage(300) easily receives the separated substrates in the packing container. The locations of the substrate packing container carriage and device for detaching substrate are by turns transformed.
