PURPOSE: An artificial silicon breast prosthesis is provided, which can keep more stable wearing after insertion into the human body. CONSTITUTION: An artificial silicon breast prosthesis is constituted as follows. A silicon bag consisting of a silicon shell(10b) and a junction(30b) is filled with compound material of silicon gel(20b) and silicon sponge granule(40) of a double micro pore structure. The silicon sponge granule of a double micro pore structure is organic siloxane polymer. The organic siloxane polymer includes methyl hydrogensiloxane and platinum catalyst.
