PURPOSE: A method for evaluating the cooling performance of a heat sink using a cooling system performance evaluating device for a solar light collecting module is provided to successively change the length of a heat emitting fin coupled with a base plate, thereby measuring the cooling performance change of the heat sink due to the length change of the heat emitting fin. CONSTITUTION: A device for evaluating the cooling performance of a heat sink using a cooling system performance evaluating device for a solar light collecting module. A cooling system performance evaluating device includes a thin film heater, a base plate, a heat sink, a support unit, and an angle adjusting device. A current is provided to the thin film heater(S200). The temperature change between the thin film heater and the atmosphere and power applied to the thin film heater are sensed(S300). A thermal resistance is measured using the temperature change between the thin film heater and the atmosphere and the power applied to the thin film heater(S400).
