PURPOSE: A composite compound and a method of ginseng repeated cultivation using same are provided to consecutively cultivate ginseng with the composite compound consisting of baked shell powder and deep ocean water. CONSTITUTION: A method of ginseng repeated cultivation using a composite compound includes a step for mixing baked shell powder(4) with CaO content of 95~99w% with soil after spraying the power in a ginseng cultivation filed. The deep sea water uses deep sea water in which sodium ion is removed. The composite composition is scattered for 0.5~3.0l range per 3.3m^2.
