PURPOSE: An organic photovoltaic device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase an open voltage and current by minimizing a leakage current with low short-circuit current loss. CONSTITUTION: An electrode protective layer(102) is formed on a transparent substrate in which a transparent electrode is formed. An organic active layer(104) blends an organic semiconductor. A metal anode is deposited on the organic active layer. An organic thin film layer(103) is formed between the electrode protective layer and the organic active layer. The organic thin film layer is a p-type organic semiconductor thin film and is formed using a copolymer with a hole transporting functional group and a photo-crosslinking functional group.
