PURPOSE: A flow control valve with a shutoff valve function is provided to securely maintain air-tightness by sealing gaps between an opening and closing shaft and a fastening flange and between the fastening flange and a connection unit using a waterproof packing and a packing member.;CONSTITUTION: A flow control valve(100) with a shutoff valve function comprises a valve body(10), an opening and closing shaft(20), a spindle, an adjusting rod(40), and a fastening flange(60). A flow path(11) is formed inside the valve body. A connection unit(12) is formed in one side of the outer surface of the valve body. The opening and closing shaft is rotatably inserted into the valve body through the connection unit. An opening and closing unit is integrally formed in the opening and closing shaft to correspond to the flow path of the valve body. The spindle is rotatably installed inside the opening and closing shaft. An insertion groove is formed on the top of the adjusting rod so that the bottom flange of the spindle can be inserted. The male screw part formed on the bottom flange of the fastening flange is screwed on the female screw part formed on the inner top of the connection unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
