THE AUTOMATIC GUARD SYSTEM TO PREVENT THE CRIME AND ACCIDENT USING COMPUTER VIDEO IMAGE ANALYSIS TECHNOLOGY

An automatic guard system using computer video image analysis technology is provided to prevent crimes by analyzing surveillance images and detecting possible crime scenes. A camera(1) takes images of objects. A sensor(7) is attached to the camera and activates the camera, when a motion of the object is detected around the camera. A camera controller(3) controls the camera according to a signal from a management computer(9) which is received through a network(6). The camera controller controls a taping angle and a taping direction by transmitting control signals to the camera through a camera control signal line(4). A camera image signal is inputted to the management computer and stored in a digital video recorder(11). The image is analyzed in the management computer in real-time. When a predetermined crime scene is detected, an alarm signal is transmitted to a monitor(2) and an Internet-connected monitor(8).
