PURPOSE: A foreign language conversation training method and an apparatus and a trainee simulation method and an apparatus for quickly developing and verifying the same are provided to perform one to one conversation education with low costs. CONSTITUTION: A voice recognizing device(110) recognizes the voice of a learner. A voice recognizing error simulator(120) receives grammar errors from the grammar error generator of a foreign language learner simulator(200). The voice recognition error is simulated. An additional recognizing unit(130) receives a signal from the voice recognizer of a non-mother language speaker and the voice recognizing error simulator to recognize the intention of a user. A natural language utterance generator(150) generates natural language utterance under the control of a conversation manager(140). A native speaker voice synthesizer(160) synthesis native speaker voice based on the natural language utterance.
