PURPOSE: A sit and reach measuring apparatus is provided to calculate the sit and reach measuring value by precisely calculating the movement distance of a measuring plate and a measuring block through a deformation pulse.;CONSTITUTION: A box type main body(110) has a guide hole in the upper center thereof. A measuring plate(170) is installed to move forward and backward along the guide hole of the box type main body. A measuring device is connected to the measuring plate and measures the movement distance of the measuring plate. A control unit(190) calculates the sit and reach value measured by the measuring device.
