PURPOSE: Enhanced health functional patterned fabrics printed with tannin and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to include a superior body suitability property, a superior antibacterial property, and an order removing property. CONSTITUTION: Enhanced health functional patterned fabrics printed with tannin comprise the following steps. Tannin powder and tannin extract from a persimmon or a persimmon leaf are manufactured. A fabric to be dyed is affination-processed. Patterned fabrics printed with tannin are formed by closely contacting a patterned screen plate with a cotton fabric which is affination-processed.
