PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition and a cosmetic product using the same are provided to check pH condition of the cosmetic product and to confirm acidity of the cosmetic product. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 80-91 weight% of first agent containing anthocyan-containing coloring agent and 9-20 weight% of second agent containing organic acid. The coloring agent is contained in 1-10 weight% and is bilberry extracts. The organic acid is contained in 0.05-2.0 weight%. The organic acid is citric acid, fumaric acid, succinic acid, adipic acid, aspartic acid, or glutamic acid. A cosmetic product containing the composition is manufactured in the form of cream, skin, gel, lotion, pack, cleansing cream, cleansing cream, essence oil, serum, cleansing gel, or sun screen cream.
