PURPOSE: A temporary water cut-off system of water supply and drainage pipelines is provided to reduce the work time of coffering construction by being installed to be fixed to the cross section of a closed conduit. CONSTITUTION: A temporary water cut-off system of water supply comprises an air packer(1), an air compressor(3), an air inflator(16), an air storage tank(4), a horizontal sustention bar(5), a vertical sustention pose(9). The air packer is put into a closed conduit structure(100). The air compressor injects compressed air to the air packer through a low pressure hose(2). The air inflator is connected to the air compressor. The air storage tank stores the compressed air.
