PURPOSE: A wall panel and a connecting member of a prefabricated bathroom and a wall panel installing structure using the same are provided to increase the hardness of a frame by filling the inside of a frame with filling materials. CONSTITUTION: A wall panel of a prefabricated bathroom comprises a frame connection member(10) and a protrusion. The frame connection member combines frames(3) facing to a horizontal direction and a vertical direction. A filler material is filled in a square space of the frame. The frame connection member is comprised of a body and fitting portions. The body forms an edge of rectangular shape by connecting the frames. An insertion part is inserted to the tip of the frame. The protrusion is expanded from the right angle surface of the insertion part. The protrusion is buried inside the filler material.
