PURPOSE: A microbial fuel cell unit and a microbial fuel cell using thereof are provided to reduce the volume of the microbial fuel cell by removing a chemical reproduction and re-cycling process. CONSTITUTION: A microbial fuel cell unit(100) comprises the following: an electrode system formed with a negative electrode module(103) including a porous carbon plate successively laminated with cellulose acetate films and ceramic membranes, and a positive electrode(102); and an anaerobic bath(101) containing organic body oxidation microorganisms, in which the electrode system is installed in the inside.
