PURPOSE: A packet-based curvet communication receiving and frequency synchronization method device are provided to reduce a transmission-side overhead by operating a plurality of frequencies for anti-jamming during packet-based frequency curvet communicating. CONSTITUTION: A frequency detecting unit(510) detects n number of sync frequencies which is promised with a transmission side in real time through a crystal filter. A signal detection unit(520) receives a signal detected with a frequency detection station. The signal detection unit determines whether the received signal is a normal signal or not. A data analysis unit(530) extracts curvet information and a hopping frequency about a signal normally determined with a signal detection unit.
