AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING SYSTEM USING HEAT RECOVERY TYPE OF HEAT PUMP

PURPOSE: A cooling and heating system using a waste heat collecting heat pump is provided to combine a refrigerator circuit and a water circuit to effectively use waste heat. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating system using a waste heat collecting heat pump comprise a unit heat pump(101), a second heat exchanger(150), a supply pump(140), and valves. The unit heat pump has a first heat exchanger(111), a compressor(113), an expansion valve(115), a 4-way valve(117), a co-operation valve(119), an indoor heat exchanger(121), a first three-way valve(123), and an expansion valve(125). The first heat exchanger, the compressor, the expansion valve, the 4-way valve, and the co-operation valve are installed in an outdoor unit. The indoor heat exchanger, the first three-way valve, and the expansion valve are installed in an indoor unit. The second heat exchanger heat-exchanges with a circulating refrigerant. The supply pump is provided to a first pipe(134). The first pipe is installed such that water is circulated through the second heat exchanger and has a closed structure. The valves are provided to the first pipe to control circulation of water.
