PURPOSE: A photobioreactor with a baffle and internal light source integrally mounted is provided to improve light supply, gas delivery, strain stirring efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A photobioreactor(100) for high concentrate culture of microalgae comprises: a reaction container(104) having a culture medium inlet part(154) at the upper portion and a gas discharge part(156) and culture medium outlet part(158) at the lower portion; a diffuser(136) for supplying microbubble at the lower portion of the reaction container; and one or more baffles(112,144,146,148,150,152) having the internal light source using LED.
