System and method for CAFM based on space information

摘要

PURPOSE: A combined facility asset management system and a method based on space information are provided to perform space management, RFID, asset management and energy management thereby enhancing effectiveness of the facility asset management. CONSTITUTION: A space management system(100) manages space information and shares space conjugation information in real time. An energy management system(200) monitors use energy status of managed spaces in the space management system in real time. The energy management system controls and manages division of energy cost using the space information. An asset management system(300) performs an equipment management and a material management in a drawing displaying the managed spaces.
