PROCESS FOR PRODUCING BLACK COLORED ZIRCONIA CERAMICS WITH GRAPHITE IMPREGNATION METHOD AND ZIRCONIA CERAMICS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A producing method of black zirconia ceramics, and the black zirconia ceramics are provided to stably show the black color at the high temperature over 1,400deg C. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of black zirconia ceramics comprises the following steps: granulating zirconia powder and forming a zirconia molding product; sintering the zirconia molding product; and inserting the zirconia molding product to a graphite crucible, and impregnating graphite by covering. The sintering process is performed for 1~10hours in 1,400~1,600deg C.
